If so we have an excellent opportunity for you! We are currently looking for a Records & Facilities Associate to support a team in our global corporate in Vancouver. If hired you will work full-time hours on 12-month assignment, be paid $16.00 per hour, and be responsible for supporting day-to-day activities for customers, including the following:

• File sorting and refilling in centralized filing areas
• Customer reporting with Excel, Access and File Trail
• File archiving and retrieval through Iron Mountain
• File folder creation and labeling
• Semi-annual purging/archiving/disposal of files
• Assisting customers with file reporting/retrieval over multiple databases
• Data entry
• Meeting room set up
• Printer maintenance
• Ordering and managing office supplies stock to support client print job requirements Front Counter

• Work for a top-tier organization in the Global Corporation
