This site office is located in Burnaby. We are looking for an administrative Assistant to join this team for a 5 month position.

In the role you will be responsible for the following:

**Generating reports
**Scheduling meetings using MS Office
** Creating meetings for presentations and Agendas
**Composing meeting minutes
** Preforming financial tasks by processing payments, and monitoring reports
Reviewing documents and organizing files in the database.

Qualifications
** Two + years of admin experience
**High School degree
** Advanced typing
** Intermediate MS Office skills
