Our clients in Calgary Downtown are looking to fill few positions could be anything from 1 week work right up to temporary ongoing, with a view to permanent work. These roles would be to commence asap, salary will vary from $16 - $20 depending on the position. Join the Calgary Downtown team for a new change and a full time opportunity.

what will you be doing?
• Meeting and greeting clients
• Answering and forwarding phone calls
• Management of office equipment
• Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment
• Handling external and internal communication or management systems
• Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings
• Tracking, sorting stocks of office supplies and placing orders when necessary
• Managing phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, memos…etc.)
• Arranging logistics such as flight/hotel bookings and restaurant reservations of the executive team
• Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

Do you have the right qualification?
• 1-2 years of experience in an administration role
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• The ability to work well both as an individual and in a team
• Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, in particular)
