Position Title: Administrative Assistant
Salary: $ 35,000 / year + benefits
Location: Ville Saint-Laurent
Schedule: 8H-17 (Mon-Fri)
Permanent position
Automobile industry

Your tasks will include everything related to the preparation of long-term lease and more precisely:
- Complete timesheets of sales representatives
- Invoicing, request checks for payment of suppliers
- Take charge of registrations
- Fill P / Os long term
- Create client folders in the system
- Creation of documents, writing of letters, preparation of documents for financing
- Complete sales contracts details, make requests for insurance premiums
