Are you an experienced Administrative Assistant looking for your next challenge in the Saskatoon market? Do you have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role? This may be the opportunity for which you have been looking!

Randstad Saskatoon is on the hunt for an experienced and energetic administrative assistant for a local industrial organization in the coming months. This is in the preliminary stages of hiring, so we are open to chatting with any experience level at this time, as fit is the most important thing! While we would love to see three years in a similar position, please feel free to apply if you have at least 1+ years.

This position will include the following duties on a daily basis: filing, data entry, computer work, some reception duties such as answering the phone and greeting customers or vendors at the front. You also should be comfortable with walking through a warehouse setting.

Qualifications
1-3 years experience as an administrative assistant
Computer skills are a must
Microsoft Office skills needed
Comfortable working in an industrial environment, with a warehouse setting in the back
