Our client, a well-known insurance company is hiring an Administrative Assistant on a permanent basis to join their team!

The Administrative Assistant's main responsibility is to provide customer service, perform policy administration and process premiums.

Other duties include:
• Open and post mail and handle couriers
• Order, monitor and restock supplies
• Create and modify Word and Excel documents
• Check accuracy and code premium payments
• Assist in special projects

• Permanent opportunity

• Previous experience in a financial institution is an asset
