Are you a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant that has experience working for a financial institution? Do you have excellent communication skills? Would you like to work in the heart of downtown Toronto?

If the answer is YES! We have the position for you!

Our client, a household name in the insurance space is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team!

Your main responsibilities as an Administrative Assistant include:
• Processing applications from new clients
• Processing documents and ensuring they are compliant
• Daily sorting and distribution of mail
• Communicating inaccuracies within the applications to brokers

Advantages
• Working hours are 8:00am - 4:00pm
• 3-month contract with a possibility of extension to permanent
• Access to the company gym
• Downtown location - steps away from the subway
• Weekly pay of $20/hr



Qualifications
• College or High School Diploma and 2 to 4 years related experience
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Reliable and punctual with good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Accuracy in data entry, good concentration and attention to detail
• Must be able to function as part of a team and respect others
• Willingness to learn and comfortable in a changing environment
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook)
• Motivated, enthusiastic and innovative
• Basic understanding of accounting principles is an asset
• Preference will be given to Bilingual candidates (English/French)
