Our client, a well-known insurance provider is looking an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join their fast growing team!

One of the positions is a 2-month contract, the other is for 6 months with a possibility of extension to permanent.

Your main responsibilities as a Administrative Assistant/Receptionist include:
• Handling all incoming and outgoing mail
• Processing and distributing mail
• Collecting, sorting and distributing mail
• Answering phone calls
• Front desk duties
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties

• Work for a well-known insurance provider
• Weekly pay
• Downtown Toronto location - steps away from the subway
• Possibility for a permanent opportunity
• Room for growth

• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in an insurance or financial institution is an asset
• 1-3 years of experience in an office setting
