If you are answering yes, then we want to hear from you as our client in the Consulting realm is looking for a dynamic and diligent Administrative Assistant to join and grow with their ever-developing and growing organization.

DAY TO DAY DUTIES:

∙ Assisting with the calendar management of 5-6 highly busy individuals
∙ Booking travel, meetings and calls regularly
∙ Taking clear and concise minutes in meetings with internal and external stakeholders
∙ Preparing PowerPoint decks as well as other meeting information weekly
∙ Working with other departments when preparing proposals and contracts
∙ Proofreading, editing and amending documents in preparation of their release
∙ Helping with expense documentation and processing
∙ Working with other Administrative Assistants on large projects
∙ Navigating internal and external resources to ensure a smooth day for all senior employees

Qualifications
MUST HAVES:

∙ Post-secondary education is required
∙ A minimum of 3-5 years of previous Administrative Assistant experience
∙ Corporate administration experience is strongly preferred

NICE TO HAVES:

∙ Previous experience within a consulting firm would be an asset
