Our Client, A Top Bank, is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their professional support staff team in the corporate and investment banking division. The administrative assistant will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to build client relationships and generate revenue.

He/she is responsible for ensuring resources are used efficiently and effectively, prioritizing workload to ensure objectives and deadlines are met, and partnering with internal clients to resolve and/or communicate issues. The administrative assistant is also responsible for following compliance and procedures, answering and screening calls, coordinating and making appointments or meetings, arranging travel, managing expenses, and other ad hoc activities.

Responsibilities

- Prioritizing workload to meet objectives and deadlines
- Handle multi-line system, arranging conference calls and videoconferencing
- Manage schedules, book appointments, coordinate meeting, technical, audio-visual and catering
- Arrange travel, follows up on reservations and itineraries, and travel requirements
- Manage all expenses, work with AP to resolve outstanding statement
- File management
- Additional administrative adhoc tasks

- University degree in related field
- 3-5 years of administrative experience
- Ability to multitask
- Preference towards previous financial industry experience
- Excellent technical skills, excel and MS Office
