Randstad is currently recruiting for well established companies in the Winnipeg area looking for professional Administrative Assistants for various temporary opportunities.

The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Report generation, drafting correspondence, filing, scanning, photocopying, faxing and word processing
• Scheduling and coordination of meetings, booking meeting rooms and making any additional arrangements
• Receiving general e-mails, replying with information and/or routing e-mails to appropriate employees;
• Other administrative duties including scheduling of couriers, entering of invoices or purchase order and general correspondence

Qualifications
What are we looking for?

- 2-3 years in an administrative role
- Great customer service skills
- Extremely strong communication skills in English - written and verbal
- Excellent understanding and application of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Detail oriented and strong ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
