A company who is an international freight forwarder and logistics provider worldwide, is currently looking for an administrative coordinator-Import/export for a permanent position in Ville Saint-Laurent.

As a administrative coordinator-Import/export you would have the following main responsibilities:

-Review emails and answer phone calls: split manifests, receive and answer customer inquiries to find out status of shipments, receive sorting instructions from ocean import department or customers directly.
-Destuff for containers: bring all documentation from destuffed cargos and update system. If goods are damaged, send picture by email to the relevant department.
-Prepare invoices to include applicable charges: storage, guarantee, dock fees, destuff.
-Prepare customer files: Print manifest, verify special instructions such as sorting, shrink wrapping and pallet heights specifications.
-Organize and file documentations.
-Act as a replacement in the absence of the Administrative Coordinator – FCL.
-Other administrative tasks.

The salary that they offer is between $ 32,000 and $ 35,000 per year, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm, benefits after 3 months, accessible by public transit, parking on site.

Requirements:

-Bilingualism English and French as well as spoken and written;
-minimum of one year of experience in a similar position;
-Adaptability in a constantly changing environment;
-Ability to prioritize and work several files at the same time;
-Good sense of customer service, dynamic, good energy;
-Ability to work under pressure;
-Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word and Excel);
