Our client, a multinational bank, is looking for an Administrative Support representative for a 4 month contract in Vancouver!

Pay rate:$22/hr
Hours: M-F, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

As an Administrative Support representative your main job responsibilities include:
- Support the processing of documents and deposits
- Perform audit checks regarding operational procedures
- Complete data entry relating to ABM deposits, settlements, reconciliation and operational accounts.
- Sort and balance UBill Paper items to timely credit Corporate Client accounts
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies
- Act as the primary shipper for offsite retentions

Qualifications
- Transferring of funds experience
- Investigation/Research skills
- Excel experience
- Banking experience (nice to have)
