One of the leading insurance companies in the Lower mainland is currently looking for you to join them as an administrative supporter at there Langley BC location.

This is as a full-time position which can turn permanent - a great opportunity to grow within the organization.

Responsibilities include:

• Answer phone calls and reception duties
• Print, photocopy and scanning jobs
• Set up medical appointments
• Investigate claims and obtain missing information and documents
• Knowledge and use of a variety of office equipment and systems, but not limited to, scanners, photocopiers, mail rooms, multi-line switchboard
• Paying and authorizing invoices
• Upload disability claims to appropriate office
• Working with Intake Coordinators and DMSO staff to ensure client specific needs are met
• Assist with other support functions, as required

Qualifications
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong typing and data entry skills
• Capable of learning complex computer programs and processes
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Well-developed organizational, time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to use MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel
• Ability to take accurate and thorough notes
• Excellent communication skills
• Well-developed problem solving skills
