Our client is looking for a Business Analyst with project management capability and technical background to take on a variety of IT assignments. The client has numerous IT initiatives planned for 2018-2019 across mutliple business units. These initiatives are application focused and primarily include enhancements and configuration to existing applications or building up a business case for future projects.


• Develops business cases for future projects including conducting stakeholder analysis, gathering current state technical information and evaluate options, and write-up a recommendation document.
• Develops defined requirement specifications and workflows for the development of information systems
• Provides advice on the strategic and tactical application of information technology
• Defines requirements for application implementation/software development
• Works with technical resources to identify and resolve functional deficiencies
• Works directly with system end users to ensure expectations management


• Minimum four (4) years of professional experience in information technology
• Minimum four (4) years of experience in a Business Analyst role
• Understands the approaches to systems development, integration and implementation
• Must have strong organizational skills
• Must demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills with ability to build effective working relationships

Preferred Skills

• Ability to manage small to medium sized working groups, including preparing and maintaining appropriate documentation, plans and schedules, and leading resources in all phases of the project planning cycle.
• Experience in working with various technology stack is preferred including XML, Web Technology, .NET, Java, etc.
