The Application Administrator maintains the health of all production applications, work in an agile environment collaborating between all streams within IT ensuring the Operations group is equipped to fully support once in Production. What you will be doing:

• Application Administration (role creation, audit compliance, user provisioning)
• Code Release into production applications (release management “gatekeeper”)
• Be an advocated for the Operations team on cross functional project teams (Agile environment - participate in project teams ensuring applications deployed into Production is in compliance with IT OPS standards)
• Operate within a prebuilt DevOps environment to ensure all application environments are running efficiently and automated where possible
• System and application administration in a global multi-site network (user/security roles and configuration)
• Incident Management during application related critical outages

How do you qualify?:
• A post-secondary education in Computer Science or Information Management or relevant experience
• 5+ Years of experience with the following technologies Microsoft SQL Server administration, Microsoft Windows server administration, Networking and TCPIP knowledge, communicating and resolving issues with 3rd party vendors
• Experience in a technical engineering role, such as, release management, deployment engineering, site operations, technical operations
• Utilizes experience to identify problematic relationships. Anticipates, prevents and eliminates problems and creates efficient fixes problems and roadblocks
• Works cross-functionally to accomplish assignments. Interacts with internal and external peers and managers to exchange complex information related to areas of specialization
• A thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
