Architectural Technologist
On behalf of our client in London we are sourcing for an Architectural Technologist for a growing, local Architectural firm that focuses on Commercial and Industrial Projects like Medical Office buildings and manufacturing facilities between London to Windsor.

The primary objective for this position is to report directly to the Principal Architect so that they may pass off projects once qualified and be able to source out new work. The successful individual would be confident working on a variety of projects without template, each project is customized, be confident using Revit for 3D Modelling and AutoCAD for drawings.

Architectural Technologist Requirements:
•OAA Intern Architect is an asset
•Architectural Technologist Diploma
•3-5 Years working as an Architectural Technologist
•Confident creating schematic design, contract design with pre-description
•Confident creating working drawings and construction drawings using AutoCAD
•Revit 2018 for 3D Modelling and AutoCAD 2016 or higher
•Familiar Ontario and National building code
•Portfolio of Completed / Proposed Project Examples is required for interview
