Randstad Mississauga is recruiting for Food Batch Mixer Operators to work in the West Mississauga area. This role is located in the Drew and Bramalea area. This will be a contract to hire opportunity, paying $18/hr - $22/hr. Please submit a your resume and give us a call should you meet all requirements.

JOB DETAILS:
- Read batch recipes and follow instructions
- Stage and prepare ingredients for blends as needed for production
- Operates equipment safely (mix tank, scales, meters, pumps, etc.)
- Ensures all raw materials returned to inventory have been documented correctly
- Responsible for drawing product samples as necessary
- Changing of diaphragm pumps, hose cam locks, fittings etc.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures at all time, raise concerns as they arise
- Package and ship finished batches
- Other duties as assigned

JOB BENEFITS:
- Contract to hire opportunity
- Steady 40 hours per week
- Day shift – 7am – 3:30pm
- Hourly pay
- $18/hr - $22/hr

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Batch mixing experience
- Strong understanding of WHMIS/GMP
- Analytical ability, capability to troubleshoot and diagnose process systems
- Familiarity with good production processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
