what you will be doing
• this team deals with individual policies for home/auto insurance - 20% of the business; 65% - commercial insurance
• Responsible for invoicing throughout the day
• Processing new business documents in the system
• Preparing and issuing binders to their clients
• Providing clients with their confirmation of coverage once they have purchased a new policy

what you NEED to be successful in this role:

• fully bilingual in French is a MUST have, written and speaking; only French bilingual candidates would be considered
• exceptional communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• exceptional investigative, negotiating, and analytical skills
• 1-3 years of insurance industry would be an asset
• intermediate-advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Must be open to obtaining RIBO license throughout employment
• Dynamic and friendly with an upbeat personality
