A leader in tax software is looking for a Bilingual Account Manager who will be responsible for the retention of existing relationships. This is an exciting new opportunity that will involve communicating with both internal and external stakeholders, while handling complex scenarios to create an impact on customer experience.

What will you be doing as a Bilingual Account Manager?
- Outbound calls to current clients seeking renewal
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery and implementation
- Manage client expectations and inquiries with a high level of professional
- Liaise with sales team to ensure post sale activities are put in place
- Identify potential opportunities for growth
- Building and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Do you have the right qualifications?
- Fluency in English AND French required
- Strong background in account management or client relations
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn
- Customer focused with a passion for delivering results
- Excellent communication skills
