Are you bilingual in English and French and eager to work in the Banking Industry? Do you have 1 year data entry experience? If so, we have an amazing opportunity for you!

We are currently looking for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support our banking client in Downtown Toronto.
If successful, you will support the Life Assurance department for a 12 month contract with long-term potential.

Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30 am -5 pm
Pay: $20.71/hr

As a Bilingual Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Providing high level administrative support to Advisors by updating licenses and banking information
- Data entry and handling information requests
- Performing clerical functions
- Updating client information
- Licensing
- Updating client addresses
- Filing, scanning and mailing
- Ad hoc duties as assigned

- Bilingual English and French
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- MS Excel and Word knowledge
