We are currently recruiting for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant for our client, a leading insurance and financial services provider, in their Halifax office.

Responsibilities will include:
* Entering applications, preparing files
* Customer follow-ups, filing
* Payment of invoices,
* Financial record keeping and sorting mail
* Other administrative duties as required

• Work for one of Canada's largest insurance companies
• Professional work environment
• Halifax location
• 12 month contract
• Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
