Are you a French-English bilingual administrative candidate currently looking for a new and exciting opportunity in the not-for-profit industry, in Toronto? Want to be part of a great initiative that will help make a real difference in your community? If so we have a great opportunity for you located in Downtown, Toronto! Our client, a non-profit organization in the health promotion space, is looking for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to provide support across the organization, starting immediately, until the end of March 2019 (6 month contract) with a possibility of extension or a permanent role, near Dundas and University, with TTC access.

The successful candidate will work from 8:30 am- 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, at the rate of $19-$22/hour!

What YOU will be doing:

• Providing general administrative support across the organization including by not limited to answering the phone, coordinating meetings and travel logistics, booking venues, coordinating caterers for certain meetings/events.
• Helping with preparation of an annual conference including management of registrations, preparing educational material, etc.
• Occasionally helping with basic troubleshooting for online webinars.

What YOU bring to the table:

• Must be fluently bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
• 1 - 3 years of Administrative Support experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent proficiency in working with computers and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment.
