Bilingual Administrative Coordinator
11 week contract
Ottawa, ON (downtown)

$25.68/h

Are you fluently bilingual in French & English and are an administrative superstar? Are you extremely proactive, learn fast and excel in a multifaceted environment? If so, we want to hear from you!

You'll be working in one of the most prominent establishments in the city. You'll be working with a team of achievers that take their work seriously and collaborate daily on various projects. They have fun and communicate effectively and efficiently.

Key responsabilities:

- Coordinate administrative logistics of the department
- Coordinate and manage meetings
- Perform various administrative and financial reports
- Write letters and memos and proofread various documents
- Agenda and email management
- Coordinate various projects and ensure that deadlines are met
- Assist with conceptualization of charts, data, and text tables, graphics and editing
- Assist in the preparation of documents for financial processing including invoices, budgets, statements, claims and financial reports
- Assist in the monitoring of social media channels related to the work of the department
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Fluently bilingual (written, spoken)
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Stellar communication et representation skills
- Extremely reliable, proactive and a team player
