As a Bilingual Advisor you will be responsible for…
- Provide instant high quality and professional customer experience
- Introduce services and educate customers on available company programs
- Set up inspections, extension options and properly directing customers to the appropriate handler
- Support the clients by providing key customer information including the needs and experience
- Assist in sales and other company programs
