A Bilingual Business Coordinator completes a variety of data entry, from processing, and proofreading documents associated to group insurance and benefits. This is a position that entails assisting your supervisor and peers by completing tasks assigned.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to.

Input incoming information in a the administrative system to help build a database.
Generate policies,
assemble employee and general information booklets
proofread co-worker contracts
receive documents, review and upload relevant information in a database
receive French documents, review and up load relevant information in a database

Qualifications
- Must be Bilingual
- Must be available Monday - Friday between 8am - 9pm
- Extreme Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Customer service experience is an asset
- Office experience is an asset
- Ability to manage a case load
- College degree in a relevant filed would be an asset
- Knowledge of EBadmin or Calligo software is an asset
