Our client in the telecom industry is currently looking for a Bilingual Call Center Agent to work in their Brampton office. The successful candidates will work full-time hours and be responsible for the following:

•Troubleshoot and diagnose issues and coordinate resolution of technical problems
•Track daily calls, problem-solve and communicate to specific departments for escalation and resolution
•Provide feedback to the management team for process improvement
•Outbound communication with the customer to modify information
•Take inbound calls from customers to address the issue
•Perform other duties and special projects as required

• Gain experience working for a leading Telecommunications services organization
• Earn $17.48 per hour
• Brampton location
• 6-month assignment

•Minimum 1 year of call center experience
•Ability to communicate with internal and external customers in a courteous and professional manner
•Bilingual language skills (English / French)
•Demonstrated competence using MS Office (Excel, MS Word)
•Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change
•College degree/diploma

*Work 7 days a week. Must be available to work days/evenings/weekends*
