Randstad has partnered with a client in the North York area seeking Bilingual Customer Service Representatives!

Pay: $16/hour
Hours of operation: 8am-10pm EST Monday-Saturday
Start date: July 16th, 2018

This is an Call Centre where you will be answering customer inquiries, inputting information, transferring funds, etc.

In this role, you will...
- You will the first point of contact in answering customers inquiries
- Help update customer account information
- Answer questions regarding products and service offered

- Temp-to-Perm position
- Located at Leslie & Shephard (North York)
- TTC Accessible
- Earn $16/hr
- Gain customer service experience
- Work in a fun and casual environment

The successful applicant would have...
- Bilingual (Speaks French and English)
- Able to navigate web apps, computer savvy is an asset
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- clear and confident communication
- Day, afternoon and night shifts available
