Are you passionate about the Banking Industry and customer service? Looking to gain further client service experience within a large organization? This may be the role for you!

We are currently looking for a Bilingual Client Service Representative to support our banking client in Toronto for a 12 month contract with potential to convert to a permanent employee!

Pay: $22.07/hour
Shifts: Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm or 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (candidates must be available to work both shifts rotating)

As a Bilingual Client Service Representative your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Providing professional services to brokers and policy holders by telephone, mail and e-mail
- Answering inquiries and providing accurate information about life insurance products
- Requesting information from internal departments to ensure accurate and timely production of related information
- Performing administrative tasks for clients
- Processing service requests according to guidelines
- Escalating issues as required
- Create and maintain computer records on all systems to ensure accuracy of client information
