Do you have HR experience and Bilingual in French and English? Are you looking to further your experience within a banking environment? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

We are currently recruiting for an Operation Officer for a 7-month contract in Markham.

Pay rate: $22.50/hr
Hours: Monday to Friday rotational schedule (flexible to work these shifts): Mon - Friday 8:30 - 5:00 pm

As a TA Compliance Specialist, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Understanding Alerts by reviewing, gathering, investigating documentation.
-Identifying and escalating alerts when necessary
-Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and identifying and escalating issues by assisting with pre-hing process
-Acting as a communication bridge between Talent Acquisition partners, Employee Relations, Legal, and Candidate.
-Keep tracking, maintaining and audits of the record to ensure the accuracy of the documentation
- Coordinates with differing HR, Business and Compliance partners on various employment audits as required

• 1-2+ yrs Auditing exp. reviewing documentation
• Bilingual ( English /French )
• Compliance experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be proactive, detail oriented and have the ability to multi task
• Post secondary education
• Resourcefulness - willing to investigate and resolved issues or redirect to the right individual
• 3 years of HR experiences.

- University degree or equivalent experience preferred
