Are you looking to gain experience in the banking industry? Are you bilingual French and English? If so we have an exciting opportunity for you!

We are currently recruiting for a Bilingual Contact Center Representative for an 6-month assignment at a Top 5 bank in Mississauga. If successful you will support the Estates department and earn a competitive rate of $19/hour.

Pay rate: $19
Shifts: 37.5hrs/week,Mon-Fri 8:00 - 4:00 pm

As a Bilingual Operations Officer, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
-Ensure Customer problems are handled appropriately
-Reviewing FATCA documentation to ensure completeness
-Handling customer inquiries and escalate complicated inquiries and customer complaints as required

- Work for one of the top 5 banks in Canada
- Great foot in the door opportunity
- Earn a competitive pay rate of $21.05/hr

- Analytical Thinking
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving and interpersonal
- Data Entry skills-40WMP or 7000KSPH with 92% accuracy
- 2 years of previously Bilingual French/English
- 2 years of previously Customer Service experience
