Are you fully bilingual in French? Looking to work a straight day shift and get out of typical call centre environment?
Are you seeking a new career and interested in a healthcare related field?

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you play a critical role in the success of the clients' market. Your duties will include:-
- Providing outstanding care, ensuring they that customers receive the assistance and guidance they need to successfully fit their products, meet patients’ needs and build business.
- Take that extra step to ensure that patients' get the information they need, either through your own in-depth product knowledge or by working with the sales team, and other internal resources, as quickly as possible.
- Partner with the Regional Manager to help build brand loyalty with both established and new customers.

The successful candidates will meet the following qualifications for the Bilingual Customer Service Representative role:

- Proven skill in a customer service environment or call center
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and outstanding people skills
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Word and Excel
- Fluent in both English and French, both written and oral
