Attention All Bilingual Customer Service Rep candidates!

Are you looking to join a global company as a Bilingual customer service rep? Do you have a knack for delivering top customer experiences? Are you familiar with basic concepts of supply chain management?

This is a Full-time 6-month opportunity to join a well renowned company located in Brampton that is a leading expert in the food & beverage industry. The successful candidate should be well versed in delivering top customer service experience, experienced in B2B interactions, and have education or experience in supply chain management.

Salary: $22/hour

Hours of operation: Monday-Friday (regular business hours)

Job duties include:
- You'll be responsible for providing consistent service to customers, earning their respect and trust
- As an ambassador to being a "preferred supplier", you'll ensure that delivering fresh products on time as per clients' expectations
- Work closely with Demand Management team to maximize customer stock delivery expectations
- Work closely with customers to improve order efficiency, ensuring sufficient lead times and compliance to order schedule
- Effective and proactive track and trace of all orders details from the time of receipt to delivery

Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/French) Verbal communications
- Previous Customer Service OR Order Entry Experience
- Experience OR education in supply chain management a strong asset
