Attention French Bilingual Customer Service Representatives! Do you currently work in retail but would like steady office hours? Do you possess professionalism and enthusiasm in the workplace? Are you a dynamic team player? Are you fluent in both French and English? We are looking for you! This company has been established for over 100 years in Brantford and is looking for individuals who love to give exceptional customer service. You would be a candidate who loves to grow and put down roots in the company you're working for.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Working with customers on finding solutions to business
- Following up with customers through emails, phone calls, and faxes
- Order entry, data entry, and cross referencing
