Our client in the security and alarms industry is looking for a bilingual customer service representative to work a 12-month assignment with strong potential of extension in their Brampton office! If successful you will work 40 hours per week at a rate of $19.41 per hour. Responsibilities include:

• Respond to incoming calls from all customer channels
• Researches possibilities of alternative solutions to complex or unusual customer issues, communicate available options and expedites requests to exceed customers expectations.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with internal departments to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Issue credit requests and answers invoice inquiries based on customer channel
• Make recommendations regarding the improvement of the order entry process and procedure to improve the effectiveness of the department and improve total customer satisfaction.
•Recommend exceptions to procedures based on customer needs and related response with regards to order priority, credits, and billings
•Conduct outbound calls to resolve order discrepancies and gather additional information as needed to complete an order or to inform customers of any updates to shipping status.

•Bilingual (French/English)
•Bachelors degree in Business, Communications or equivalent progressive Customer Service experience
•Personal commitment to customer service, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
•A good working knowledge of Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook (required)
•Strong verbal/written communication skills
•Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
