If you are fluent in French and English and interested in the brokerage, benefits, pension plan administration industry, we have a great opportunity for you! Our client, a leading professional services institution is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to work a 6 month assignment with potential to become permanent in downtown Toronto. The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week at a rate of 18.50 per hour.

The main responsibility will be to answer and resolve customer inquiries regarding their Benefits and Pension Plans

In this role you will be responsible for:
• Handling incoming and outgoing calls in French and English
• Answering customer inquiries via phone and email
• Research participant questions and plan issues
• Maintain complete and accurate case notes
• Work closely with other customer service representatives and client representatives
• Complete special projects as needed

• Gain experience working for a well recognized organization
• Earn the competitive wage of $18.50 per hour
• Work in downtown Toronto (near Bloor Station)
• Possibility of assignment being extended or becoming permanent
• Work full time hours on a 6 month contract

• Ability to communicate effectively with a strong customer service focus
• Fluency in English and French is mandatory (both oral and written)
• Strong mathematical and personal computer skills
• Working knowledge of defined benefit pension plans a plus
• Minimum 1 year in a customer service setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Ability to successfully work in a team environment
