Are you looking for a career? Our client in Annacis Island, a leading manufacturer/seller of colourant dispensers and paint shakers worldwide, is looking to add a Bilingual Customer Service Support to their team due to the growth they have experienced. This is a permanent, full-time position.

The responsibilities of the role include:

- Dealing with customer inquiries and orders, while fielding any other incoming calls
- Entering orders into the in-house software/database
- Providing excellent customer service
- Supporting the Customer Service Manager
- In-house Help Desk support for customers once you are trained on the equipment

The annual salary range for this position is $40-45k, based on the candidate's experience, technical knowledge, and the ability to speak English & French.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm / 7:30am-4:30pm or 6:30am-3:30pm / 6am-3pm

What do you bring to the table?
- Strong bilingual customer service experience
- Technical support experience would be considered an asset
- Solid knowledge of MS Office suite, MS Dynamix and CRM Software
- Ability to travel domestically and across the border when needed (overnight), so having your own transportation would be ideal
- Industry experience from either telecommunications, technical, retail home improvement and/or equipment supplies.
