We are currently recruiting for Bilingual Customer Service Representatives, for our client, a leading Insurance Company, in their Halifax office.

In this position, you will be responsible for handling client and advisor inquiries and requests related to life insurance products. We are seeking candidates with strong communication skills in English and French and customer service skills.

This is a great opportunity for customer service professionals to develop expertise in insurance under the support of experienced managers and trainers.

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
• Handle high volumes of telephone inquiries within established productivity goals
• Providing high quality service to advisors and clients via telephone.
• Processing transactions on specific product lines (Travel, Life, Health/Dental)
• Handling sensitive issues in order to ensure customer satisfaction
• Following up with customers when needed
