Do you possess 1-2 years’ experience in Order Entry or Order Management? Do you have the capability to speak both French and English? Are you seeking an opportunity where you can grow your experience in customer service? Then I would love to chat with you!

We are currently seeking a customer service professional who comes from a minimum of 1 year customer service experience and who is seeking an opportunity in a team environment. - Enter orders into the SAP system accurately and efficiently
- Work with customers over the phone and inform them on order status and delivery times.
- Verify truck weights to make sure that there are no fines, penalties or delays
- Work with different departments to ensure accurate information is being shared with customers.
- Maintain the database and constant communication with the customers, sales representatives and other departments.

- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment
