Are you fully fluent in English and French and looking for a big company to grow your career in customer service with?

We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join a well-known furniture and supplies company in Mississauga.

What will you be doing?
- Receive inbound calls from internal and external clients
- Order entry, providing solutions, liaise with several departments
- Support sales reps with recommendations for specific product inquiries

Who are you?
- Positive and upbeat with a passion for providing the best customer service
- Strong work ethic and ability to multitask as this is a very fast pace environment
- Previous customer service experience, no industry preferred
- Fully fluent in English and French
