We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a B2B opportunity in the technology industry located in North York (near Yonge St & Sheppard).

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, what will your responsibilities be?
- Being the first point of contact for businesses calling in with inquiries
- Answering emails and phone calls
- Basic technical support to businesses
- Being a team player within a great organization
- Bringing a positive and motivated attitude everyday

As a Bilingual representative you must be fluent in either of the following:
- French & English
- Work hours: Monday to Friday, 7am to 8pm (rotating shifts)


- Cantonese/Mandarin & English
- Work hours: Monday to Friday, 2pm to 12am (rotating shifts)

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative what can you look forward to?

What are we looking for?
- 1-2 years of customer service experience with demonstrated passion for service excellence
- MUST be bilingual in English/French OR English/Mandarin/Cantonese
- Someone who is devoted to provided an exceptional customer experience
- Strong communication skill with both verbal and written
- French language skills would be an asset
- Ability to work flexible shifts
