Are you a Customer Service expert? Are you looking for a new exciting permanent opportunity based in Downtown Vancouver? Are you a charitable person? If so, you are in luck. We are currently looking for a French Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our awesome donar experience team.

This role is perfect for someone who is looking to build a career with a young and exciting company.

As part of this role you will be acting as the face of the company whilst being the first point of contact for our customers. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Provide excellent customer service in both English and French through all of our platforms which include phone, email and live chat.
- Be an expert on our product and services to ensure our customers are well educated.
- 100% customer satisfaction
- We are all about quality and not quantity. Really listen to the customer's needs and educate them on how to fully utilize our services and products
- Promoting our product and services
- Collect customer feedback
- Constantly looking for ways to improve our systems and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in French and English
- Must have a bachelors degree
- Previous business admin, tech support and customer support is an asset
- Tech savvy
- Compassionate
- Charitable
- Work well under pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Excellent at building rapport
- 3+ years in client facing role
- Transparent and takes ownership
