We are looking for a charismatic and energetic bilingual customer service professional for a business to business, customer rewards-focused company located in Downtown Toronto. The company is a leader in the North American market with over 1400 corporate clients across a range of different industries. The Client Success Manager is responsible for front-line contact with clients, delivering pre and post-sales support, developing programs, and building client relationships. This is a permanent position with an annual salary range of $40,000 to $50,000 based on experience.

The ideal candidate will have 10/10 written and verbal French and English communication skills, a post-secondary education in business, marketing, or relevant field, and 1+ years of corporate customer service and/or relationship management experience. We are looking for someone self-motivated, customer focused, outgoing and energetic. The role is very dynamic and social, requiring collaboration, client presentation, an analytical mindset and problem solving skills.

Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have the following:

• Must be fully bilingual in both English and French as this is a communications-heavy role

• Previous experience with payments and/or banking is a strong asset
