Salary:20-23/hr based on your experience
Duration: 48 weeks starting from November 2017 to October 2018.

Here what you can expect to do on a daily basis in senior admin assistant role:

* Scheduling meeting and events and arranging for teleconferences, this would also include coordinating national and international travel accommodations.
* Operating telephone activities, this would include transferring calls and noting the messages.
* Inserting, recording and maintaining essential data.
* Performing digital and physical data management by utilizing standard office equipment by making required reports and statement.
* Creating , following and updating the to-do list.
* Ordering and maintaining office material inventory.

The mandatory requirements for the senior admin assistant is as follows:
1. Must be bilingual.
2. Must hold a commerce or administration certificate, diploma or degree .
3. 1 year hands on experience using MS Office and claims management software.
4. At least 1 year of experience working in the federal government as an admin assistant and travel manager.
5. Working as an admin support for at least 3 years.
6. Being a travel manager for at least 2 years in a working organisation.
