Are you a French- Bilingual Executive Assistant looking to make a move? Would you like to work for a well-known company in the Insurance space? Would you like to work for a great organization in the heart of downtown Toronto?

Our client, a very well-known organization in the Insurance space is looking for a Bilingual Executive Assistant to support the President!

This is a permanent opportunity paying $70,000-85,000 and are looking to get someone in the spot by October 1st 2018!

Your main responsibilities as a Bilingual Executive Assistant include:
• Managing a calendar and travel arrangements for the President
• Monitoring emails and incoming calls – identifying what is a priority
• Setting up meetings and representing the President in a professional manner
• Acting as a gatekeeper in response to internal and external events
• Other ad hoc work as needed

Qualifications
• Bilingual in French – verbal and written
• 5+ years of experience in supporting the President
• Possess sound judgment and strong emotional intelligence

• Articulate and professional demeanor
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience working in a financial institution or insurance company
