Our client, one of the top 5 banks, is looking for Bilingual Customer Service Represenative for a 12 months assignment in Ottawa!

Pay rate: $20/hr
Hours: 8 am to 12 am (Monday to Friday), Saturday 8 am to 8 pm and Sunday 9 am to 7 pm. Must be flexible to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays


Job Responsibilities:
- Interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints
-Referring unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
-Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken

Qualifications
Must Skills:

-Biligual-English and French
-Flexible to work on different shifts, may include nights, weekends, holidays, etc.
-Must becustomer service savvy
-Adaptable, professional, flexible, a quick learner, and has strong customer service skills
-1 year of Biligual Frech and English work experience previously
-1 year of Call Center Experience
-1 year of Customer Service

Nice to have:

post-secondary education
