We are currently recruiting for 5 Bilingual French Claims Inquiry Associates located in Kitchener.

In this position you would be responsible for:
- Responding to incoming calls, emails, faxes, from clients, providers, underwriters, and internal associates and complete callbacks in order to resolve customer service issues
- Interpret policies, and fully explain benefit coverage and claim status
- Stop payments and re-issue cheques to ensure he client received the correct payment
- Perform administrative tasks, data entry and update reports as necessary

The successful candidates will meet the following qualifications to be considered for the Bilingual French Claims Inquiry Associates:

- Must be fully bilingual in French and English
- 1-2 years previous customer service or related experience field (retail sales, call centre, or teaching/training, travel or medical background is an asset)
- Ability to work a variety of shifts between the hours of 8am-8pm, Monday-Friday, no weekends. This is always a 37.5 hrs/week.
- Proficiency using computer applications - Windows, MS Office, web-based technology
- Ability to maintain an energetic and enthusiastic attitude when speaking with clients
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
