Our client in Guelph is seeking a Bilingual French Content Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Summary:
The Content Coordinator is part of the Client & Markets team at Norton Rose Fulbright in Canada, and will
support the Global Directories Manager with the development and management of the firms marketing and
business development content. This position will be based in our Guelph office with the option to work
remotely.

Responsibilities:
Experience Management:
- Assist and support the monthly matter collection process
- Review and edit matter descriptions to ensure they meet firm standards
- Work with teams to ensure matter descriptions are added to and regularly updated in internal systems
- Ensure content is correctly tagged and communication outputs are clearly marked to support the clients &
markets team with future requests
- Pull matter lists from internal systems to support business development and bids teams as needed
- Work with the Marketing Systems team to ensure that Experience Management is fit for purpose

Directories:
- Manage the directory process in Canada including tracking upcoming deadlines
- Assist in the development, editing and proofreading of directory submissions
- Ensure finalized directory content is distributed to appropriate mediums for content management in a
timely manner
- Maintain a consolidated list of rankings and directory quotes

Additional Duties:
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports
- Manage the website and global brochure updating process in Canada
- Assist in the development, editing and proofreading of website and global brochure updates
- Ensure finalized website and global brochure content is distributed to appropriate mediums for content
management in a timely manner

Bids:
- Assist in editing, proofreading and development of first draft bids, credentials and proposals as required
- Update and maintain the proposal tracking system, precedents and standard materials
- Ensure finalized proposal content is distributed to appropriate mediums
- Help to prepare client proposal presentations
- Ensure all proposals are added to the global content library

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or recognized technical college degree in marketing or business is an asset
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, business development or related role
- Bilingualism in French and English is required
- Experience within a professional services firm is an asset
- Strong writing skills, as well as superior proofreading skills and attention to detail
- Strong project management skills and ability to multitask
