As a member of the Broker Service team, your responsibilities will include:
- Directing or responding to telephone inquiries and written requests.
- Resolving product and service problems.
- Answering questions and providing information regarding products and services, to increase sales potential.
- Providing quality service while adhering to customer service standards, and keeping information confidential
- Files documents and records of insurance transactions and maintains and updates current rate manuals for all markets, as received, including new coverage announcements.
- Maintains a comprehensive log and diary system, reviewing and flagging contentious
issues for discussion with management, as required.
- Provides quality service while adhering to customer service standards and keeps
information confidential to protect operations

*Hours of work: Monday-Friday, 11am-7pm, rotational Saturday shifts (once per month)

- A RIBO license is preferred, or willing to obtain it (company paid training is provided)
- A minimum of one year’s experience in personal lines automobile and property insurance is an asset.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Availability to work evenings and Saturday shifts.
- Ability to speak French is required.
