We are currently recruiting for 5 Bilingual French Emergency Assistance Representatives on a permanent basis directly with our client in Kitchener.

In this position you would be responsible for:
- Providing assistance to clients related to insurance and emergency procedures
- Verifying information and obtaining approval for medical services
- Providing referrals to clients
- Arrange billing with medical referrals to ensure smooth payment process for clients
- Receive incoming calls pertaining to current cases, updating the case and setting up appropriate action plans for follow up

- Pay rate $18.46/hr +$1.50/hr for French language, plus bonus

The successful candidates will meet the following qualifications to be considered for the Bilingual French Emergency Assistance Representatives:

- 1-2 years previous customer service or related experience (ie. retail sales, call centre, or teaching/training, travel or healthcare background is an asset)
- Ability to work shifts consisting of days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays. This is always a 37.5 hrs/week.
- Shift times: earliest shift is 6am-2pm, latest shift is from 4pm-midnight.
- Proficiency using computer applications - Windows, MS Office, web-based technology
- Ability to maintain an energetic and enthusiastic attitude when speaking with clients
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining strong attention to detail

Eligibility to work in Canada:
Applicants must be permanently eligible to work in Canada upon their start date. Proof of eligibility for permanent roles may include: a Canadian birth certificate, Canadian passport, Canadian citizenship certificate, permanent residence card or confirmation and would include having a valid Social Insurance Number.
